Cutthorpe is a small picturesque village with superb views over
Chesterfield, which is about 3 miles south-east. It spreads along 3
miles of the B6050 to the east of and is close to the Peak District
National Park.
There are 2 pubs, a village school, recreation ground with a cricket
square, the Village Institute plus the Linacre Reservoirs with beautiful
bluebell woods and surrounding walks.
